"Pretty good overall, just wish the box held up better"
I’m giving it 4 stars because the box showed up with one corner banged up, which didn’t feel great at first. Luckily, the part inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. I just feel like the packaging could’ve used a little more padding or something. Overall I’m happy with it, but the delivery had me a bit uneasy for a minute.

So... some of the items were priced fairly, but I did end up finding a few cheaper elsewhere. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just maybe not always the best place if you’re looking for the lowest deal.

"Good experience overall"
I had a good experience with RecPro USA overall. I had a couple of questions before I ordered, and they answered them clearly, which I appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the reply time was a little slow one day, and I did end up waiting longer than I expected. But the person I talked to was helpful, helpful without being pushy, and that made a difference. I’d use them again.

I was really happy with the variety of brands they had available. I needed a specific RV part and was able to find it quickly without having to bounce between a bunch of different websites. Checkout was simple, and my order arrived in good shape exactly as expected. I’d definitely shop here again next time I need something for my RV.

I ended up having to cancel my order, and I was kind of stressing about the refund because you never really know if it’s going to take forever or turn into a whole thing, but it actually showed up quickly. No annoying back-and-forth, no long waiting around, just handled smoothly. So yeah, I was relieved and happy with how it all worked out.

I was kind of expecting some kind of delay or issue because that seems to happen a lot with online orders, but the shipping was actually quick and nothing went wrong. Rare these days, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered some material and when it showed up, the color looked quite a bit darker in person than it did on the website. Not the end of the world, but I was kind of thinking, is this even the same shade?? The quality seems okay though, and shipping was totally fine. Just wish the photos had been a little more accurate.

"Solid replacement part with one small flaw"
I ordered this as a replacement part for my RV, and overall I’m happy with it. The quality feels solid, and it fit the way it was supposed to. Installation took me a little longer than expected, but it wasn’t anything too difficult. The only downside was a small scuff in the finish, which is why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5. In the end, I’d still say it was a good buy.

"Support was a bit frustrating"
I had some trouble getting my order set up, and it took support longer than I expected to get back to me. When they finally replied, the answer felt basic and didn’t really solve the issue. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but still kind of frustrating because I was hoping they’d actually look into it more, or at least.....

"Super comfy recliners, definitely recommend"
We ordered our new recliners from recprousa.com a few weeks ago, they’ve been great so far.
The cushions are soft and cozy without feeling like you’re sinking way too far in, and I can sit for a while without my back starting to bother me, which is a big plus.
Shipping went smoothly too, but the comfort is really what stood out. I’m happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend them...

"Worked Fine, Just Arrived With a Dent"
My order arrived on time, which was great, but one corner had a dent from shipping. It was a little annoying, but since the part still worked fine, I decided not to send it back. RecPro seemed to pack it well, so I think it just got roughed up during transit. Overall, I’m happy with it — I just wish it had shown up in perfect shape.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect at first because I’ve had refunds take forever before, and I kept checking my account here and there just in case. The process was easy enough, nothing too complicated, and after a short wait the money showed up sooner than I thought it would.

My order from RecPro was mostly right, and the main items were exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, one small part wasn’t quite the one I thought I had picked, and I kind of regret not catching it sooner. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did slow me down because I had to go back and double check everything. Overall it was okay, I just wish the order accuracy had been a little better.
